The Story
Original thinking. Inventive structures.
RSA Capital is a boutique firm offering specialized financial solutions, with a focus in MENA and Bangladesh — one of Bangladesh's premier structured finance, M&A and private equity houses, expanding its footprint across the MENA region.
The Beginning
2006. A world first.
Three years after its 2003 launch, RSA established itself through a milestone transaction — the world's first micro-credit securitization for BRAC, the world's largest NGO. A widely acclaimed USD 180 million transaction, named Securitisation Deal of the Year and one of CFO Asia's ten outstanding deals of 2006.
RSA creates financial value by providing original and inventive structured finance solutions, leveraging extensive experience in structured finance, fixed income and corporate advisory services.

Mission
Two engines. One firm.
Advisory
We create financial value through original and innovative structured finance solutions. Our team has extensive knowledge and experience in structured finance, fixed income, treasury, equity capital markets, M&A, private equity and corporate advisory services.
Investments
We are an opportunistic strategic investor — especially in banks, financial institutions and selected manufacturing companies in our geographic area, including significant minority stakes in the NBFI and life insurance sectors. We enhance value through strategic restructuring and industry best practices.
